Abstract Guidelines

Read the instructions carefully before submitting abstract

All abstracts must be submitted through the official IASO NATCON 2024 website.
In order to log onto the submission site, you will have to create a username and password.
Username is your IASO NATCON 2024 Registration No
It is mandatory to register for the conference to submit an abstract.
Abstracts can be submitted for paper, poster or video presentation
The abstracts must contain original content which is not published or presented at any other national or international conferences prior to the IASO NATCON 2024.
The abstract should not be more than 300 words. It should be typed in the box provided on the online abstract submission page
One abstract will be considered for one award category only
Each delegate can submit unto 3 abstracts under various award categories.
Once the abstract is submitted, no revisions/editing will be allowed. Authors have the option to save the abstracts as a draft in case they feel that the abstract needs to be reworked on.
Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted
Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for presentation will be sent to the author through email provided while submitting the abstract.
The scientific committee reserves the right to accept / reject / assign a different presentation type to all the abstracts submitted

The age of presenter should be less than 45 years for Awards Category.
Video abstract should be on innovative techniques used to treat common or complex problems, interesting cases or demonstrations, or new therapies or applications for a specific disease site.
Multiple videos from the same unit will not be considered. In this case, the video will be considered on first come first served basis.
Promotional videos (personal or commercial) will not be considered.
Video format should be in mp4
Duration of video should not exceed 5 min
Size of the video should not exceed 1 GB
Acceptable frame size: no smaller than full screen (640x 480 or 720x 820 pixels

There are 90 exciting awards to be won in various categories including 25 IASO awards and 65 IASO NATCON 2024 awards

Delegates presenting under this award need to be IASO members
Only papers are considered for this award category
