The registration fees include access to
- All talks and Poster sessions
- Lunches and AM/PM coffee breaks for 5 days (8th to 12th December 2025)
- Welcome reception on Monday (8th December 2025) evening GALA Dinner & Excursion on 11th December 2025 (Thursday)
- Registration fee for accompanying person is 125 $ for Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and excursion.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests should be addressed to: powdersandgrains2025@gmail.com
- Cancellation requests during July-August (31st) will be considered with a penalty of 25% of registration fees.
- Cancellation requests during September - October (31st) will be considered with a penalty of 50% of registration fees.
- There will be NO refund if we receive the request after 31st October 2025 onwards.
- Cancellation requests will be processed after the completion of the conference within one month by Jan 2026.
- Applicable taxes (18% GST), bank charges, and online charges will be non-refundable at any moment.
